Abstract B cells in the germinal center (GC) are programmed to form plasma (PCs) or memory according signals received by receptors that translated carry out appropriate activities of transcription factors. However, precise mechanism underlying this process complete GC reaction is unclear. In study, we show both genetic ablation and pharmacological inhibition glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3) mice facilitate cell fate decision toward PC formation, accompanied acquisition dark zone properties.
